Applications for the MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships 2025 are open until 10 September 2025, 17:00 CEST. Proposals must be submitted exclusively via the EU Funding & Tenders Portal.
MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships are prestigious, individual research grants funded under Horizon Europe. They are intended for researchers holding a doctoral degree who wish to carry out research projects in Europe or beyond, develop their careers in an international environment, gain new skills, and expand their professional networks.
Two fellowship types are available:
- European Fellowships – 12 to 24 months in a European host institution,
- Global Fellowships – 12–24 months in a non-European country followed by a mandatory 12-month return phase in Europe; projects may also include an additional 6-month placement in a non-academic organisation in Europe.
Applicants – both researchers and their supervisors – are encouraged to take advantage of a wide range of support materials:

- RADIANCE project – Handbook and Submission Guide 2025 and a matchmaking platform to find host institutions, supervisors and partners;

The submission deadline is final – proposals submitted after 17:00 CEST will not be accepted by the system. We encourage you to consult the available materials and start preparing your proposal well in advance.
