Application form of the Banach and Lukasiewicz scholarships prolongation

Please be informed that in order to apply for the scholarship of the Stefan Banach Programme and the Ignacy Łukasiewicz Programme for the next year of studies in the academic year 2020/21.  For scholarship up to 2017 call, an application with other required documents should be sent to the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA) through the host university. The deadline expires on the 11th of September, 2020.

  1. Application (students of 1st, 2nd and 3rd cycle studies).

INFORMATION ABOUT THE USE OF A PRESONAL DATA HERE

  1.  The tutor’s opinion (students of 3rd cycle studies).
  2.  A document confirming completion of the current year of study along with information about registration for the next year (students of 2nd and 3rd cycle studies).

Incomplete applications will not be considered.
