Dr hab. Krzysztof Koźmiński – holder of a postdoctoral degree in law, attorney-at-law, researcher and lecturer at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw, NGO expert.

Partner in a Warsaw law firm, he was also a member of supervisory boards of companies and prepared numerous legal opinions and drafts of normative acts commissioned by Polish and foreign public authorities.

Author of several dozen scientific publications, including several books on liability for damages for unlawful exercise of public authority, on the institution of bank loans denominated and indexed to foreign currency, and on the theory and practice of legislation. Speaker at numerous international scientific conferences abroad (including China, India, South Africa, England, Portugal, Croatia and Ukraine).
