Rafał Siemianowski, graduate of international relations at the University of Warsaw and the National School of Public Administration. Civil servant. He began his career in government administration as chief specialist at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister. He reached the position of deputy director of the Prime Minister’s Office. He worked at the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in London as counsellor for three years. He was responsible for scientific and academic cooperation, including the promotion of the Polish language and Polish studies, and for cooperation with Polish students and scientists in the UK as well as Polish and Polish-American scientific institutions (Polish University Abroad, the Jagiellonian University Polish Research Centre in London).
He gained additional experience among others at the prefecture of the Manche Department (France), at the European Commission, as a scholarship holder of the Jan Karski Educational Foundation at Georgetown University in Washington, DC and as participant of the programme ARGO Top Public Executive at IESE Business School in Barcelona.
He is currently deputy director of the Prime Minister’s Office.
