Rafał Siemianowski, graduate of international relations at the University of Warsaw and the National School of Public Administration. Civil servant. He began his career in government administration as the chief specialist in the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, approaching the position of Deputy Director of the Prime Minister's Secretariat. For three years he worked at the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in London, where he was a counselor responsible for scientific and academic cooperation, including for promoting the Polish language and so-called Polish Studies, cooperation with the environment of Polish students and scientists in Great Britain and Polish and Polish-American scientific institutions (Polish University Abroad, Polish Scientific Centre of the Jagiellonian University in London).
He gained additional experience, among others, in the Manche Department (France), the European Commission and as a scholarship holder of the Jan Karski Educational Foundation at Georgetown University in Washington.
Currently he is the Deputy Director of the Office of the Prime Minister.
