He is a graduate of bachelor’s degree programmes in Journalism and Social Communication (specialisation: Journalism of Ethnic and Cultural Borderlands) and Political Science (specialisation: Marketing in Administration, Economy and Politics), as well as a master’s degree programme in Political Science (specialisation: Media Studies) at the University of Szczecin.
During his studies, he served as Secretary of the University Doctoral Students’ Council and Vice-Chair of the Faculty Doctoral Students’ Council at the Faculty of Philology. He was also a member of the Senate of the University of Szczecin, the Faculty Council of the Faculty of Humanities, and the Appeals Disciplinary Committee. He served as Vice-President of the Academic Society “Pro Res Publica” and was a co-organiser of the International Doctoral Students’ Conference “MKDUS”. He was repeatedly awarded Rector’s and Minister’s scholarships for outstanding academic achievements.
He is a graduate of the first edition of the Academy of Social Democracy. He has participated in and spoken at seminars and conferences organised in Poland and abroad, including those hosted by the Ferdinand Lassalle Centre for Social Thought, the Amicus Europae Foundation, the Global.Lab Foundation, the Ignacy Daszyński Centre, the Polish-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce, the Łukasiewicz Research Network, and the National Centre for Research and Development. He is a member of the Progressive Poland–Germany Network of the Friedrich Ebert Foundation.
In the years 2020–2024, he worked as an Adviser in the European Parliament in Brussels and Strasbourg, where he was responsible for coordinating the work of a Member of the European Parliament (MEP) in the Committee on Transport and Tourism (TRAN) and the Committee on Budgetary Control (CONT), as well as in the EU–USA and EU–Israel Delegations. He cooperated with members of the Intergroup on Traditional Minorities, National Communities and Languages, as well as with rectors’ plenipotentiaries for European Union affairs at higher education institutions. During his work in the European Parliament, he supervised student interns, including those from the SGH Warsaw School of Economics, Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, and the University of Zielona Góra. He organised events and study visits for representatives of higher education institutions to European institutions, the PolSCA Office of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Brussels, and the Business & Science Poland office. In cooperation with the Europe Direct offices in Guben and Zielona Góra, he coordinated information sessions on European topics for school students from Poland and Germany.
In the years 2024–2025, he served as Head of the Political Cabinet of the Minister of Science, where he was responsible, among others, for relations with rectors’ conferences, the Students’ Parliament of the Republic of Poland, the National Representation of Doctoral Students, the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange, the Permanent Representation of the Republic of Poland to the European Union, and the National Centre for Research and Development Office in Brussels. He also cooperated with the permanent subcommittee of the Sejm for science and higher education and with the Chair of the Council for the Polish Language at the Presidium of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
His academic and research interests focus on contemporary discourses, values expressed in language, and the social economy.
