    In response to numerous enquiries and interest in the programme, we wish to inform you that the deadline for submitting applications to “EU4Belarus – Support to Advanced Learning and Training” (SALT III) has been extended.

     

    Application deadline:
    until 14 July 2025, 12:00 (noon) Polish time

     

    About the programme
    The EU4Belarus SALT III programme is part of the EU’s “EU4Belarus: Solidarity with the People of Belarus” aid package, launched in response to the political crisis following the presidential elections in Belarus. Its aim is to support Belarusian master’s students at universities in Poland, Lithuania, Latvia and the Czech Republic by providing a monthly scholarship of €550.

     

    Who can apply?

    • Belarusian citizens who have left the country for political reasons and have commenced or continued master’s studies from the 2020/2021 academic year at public universities in Poland, Lithuania, Latvia or the Czech Republic.
    • Hold an official letter of acceptance from the host university.

     

    Support provided by NAWA

    • A monthly scholarship of €550 (for up to 10 months of the academic year),
    • Exemption from tuition fees for full-time studies at public universities in Poland (subject to the decision of the Director of NAWA).

     

    Funding
    The scholarships are financed by the European Union under the EU4Belarus SALT III programme.
