    Information on the extension of the SPINAKER 2025 call for proposals

    The call for proposals under SPINAKER – Intensive International Education Programmes (2025 edition) has been extended.

     

    The new deadline for submitting applications is 3 December 2025, 3:00 PM local time (Warsaw, Poland).

     

    The extension is due to technical issues in NAWA’s ICT system. All other provisions of the Call Announcement remain unchanged.

     

    The SPINAKER Programme supports Polish higher-education and research institutions in creating and delivering short, intensive educational programmes (IIEP) taught in languages other than Polish.

     

    These may include summer or winter schools, specialist courses, trainings, study visits, or the adaptation of existing programmes.

     

    Eligible participants are international students, doctoral candidates, and academic staff, but programmes can also include participants from Polish institutions. Eligible applicants (i.e. institutions submitting proposals) are Polish universities and research institutes that meet the criteria (e.g. run studies, postgraduate or doctoral programmes; were not funded in the 2024 edition; each may submit up to two applications).

     

    We encourage all eligible institutions to submit proposals — this is an opportunity to expand their educational offer, foster internationalization, and attract students and staff from around the world.
