Members of the Board and the Director of the Polish National Agency of Academic Exchange (NAWA) support efforts to make research open and hereby strongly endorse the principles of Plan S by cOAlition S because science is a public good and access to scientific results is an inalienable right of all European citizens. The support was expressed by signing the joint declaration of support for Plan S implementation.
