Until 14th May (3pm CET) candidates from over 40 developed countries can apply for the Poland My First Choice scholarship. The Program is open for those interested in pursuing second-degree studies in Poland in Polish or English language.
Poland My First Choice offers an opportunity to enrol in full-time second-cycle studies with a monthly scholarship from NAWA amounting to PLN 2000 (approx. EUR 460) to cover the living allowance. A significant aspect of the offer is that it targets candidates applying to HEI of the highest scientific pedigree - classified in A and A+ categories. The programme allows the interested persons to choose any field of studies conducted in Polish or a foreign language at both public HEIs and private ones supervised by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education. Scholarship holders at public HEIs shall also be exempted from education fees; The Programme provides the participants with an opportunity to study in Polish or in another language. Final decisions regarding admissions of candidates and financial conditions shall be made by HEIs.
Who is the Programme addressed to?
The scholarship offer is addressed to foreigners – citizens of the following countries: Australia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Austria, Ireland, Portugal, Belgium, Iceland, Romania, Bulgaria, Israel, Singapore, Croatia, Japan, Slovakia, Chile, Canada, Slovenia, Cyprus, South Korea, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Liechtenstein, Sweden, Denmark, Lithuania, Uruguay, Estonia, Luxembourg, USA, Finland, Latvia, Hungary, France, Malta, Italy, Greece, Germany, United Kingdom, Spain, Norway as well as Chinese residents of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.
