The Hague Convention Abolishing the Requirement of Legalisation for Foreign Public Documents (signed 22 April 2022) enters into force with regard to Saudi Arabia on 7th December 2022.

Since that date Polish documents confirming completion of higher education which are to be presented in Saudi Arabia are subject to apostille procedure.
