The SYRENA system is already available! It is now possible to prepare and submit the application fully online at any time and obtain the individual recognition statement in a form of a digitally signed PDF document, which can be downloaded from anywhere in the world.

The online form allows you to easily prepare the Application and quickly add all the required attachments. Applicants no longer need to submit copies certified by a notary, as it is sufficient to upload regular scans of the required documents.

In order to submit the application successfully, it is necessary to click the individual activation link generated in the SYRENA System and sent to the e-mail address provided in the application form. Additionally, you may check the status of your application in the SYRENA System at any time.

We believe that the SYRENA System will make it easier to obtain the individual recognition statement which due to its electronic form can be presented in various institutions simultaneously without the necessity to apply for another copy.
