Robert Nowicki – graduate of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, he studied law and history. In his professional career to date, he has dealt with matters related to administrative law and international cooperation in public and private institutions. He has experience in the internationalization of universities, including programs and support instruments. A specialist in the field of program and project management, change and risk management. He ran projects of national and international character. He has extensive experience in studying the history of communist secret services. He has knowledge of business controlling, he built teams with a high task structure. Since 2016, he has been employed at the Ministry of Economic Development, where he co-founded the Project Management Department. Co-founder of the first government administration tool for managing and monitoring of programs and projects. Co-organizer of the Innovation Forum at the Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Technology. Currently he is a Deputy Director in the Department of Innovation of the Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Technology responsible for issues of industrial property and the national space policy.
