    Director General of the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange since 1 October 2024.

    He holds a PhD in Social Sciences in the field of Management and Quality Sciences, awarded by the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw. He also completed postgraduate studies in IT Resource Management at the Warsaw University of Technology.

    For over 18 years, he has managed initiatives in the field of international cooperation, including large-scale programmes and projects. To date, he has successfully delivered 50 such initiatives.

    He is an academic lecturer in subjects related to management and quantitative methods, including Organisational Management, Project Management, Organisational Behaviour, Leadership Competencies, and Statistical Methods.

    He is the author of the academic monograph “Predispositions for Performing Highly Routine Work in an Organisation” and a co-author (with Prof. Christopher Neck, Prof. Adam Szpaderski, Dr Piotr Cywiński, and Dr Katarzyna Wojtkiewicz) of the English-language academic book “International Leadership and Management: Emerging, Contemporary, and Unorthodox Perspectives”.

    In the years 2023–2024, he worked for the consulting firm PwC, where he was responsible for projects for the United Kingdom and the Middle East (primarily Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Oman).

    In the years 2020–2023, he was employed at SWPS University, where he served as Director of the International Cooperation Office and Rector’s Plenipotentiary for International Cooperation. During this period, he led SWPS to become the first private university in Poland to join the European Universities Initiative, as a member of the European Reform University Alliance. At the same university, he also managed both the Polish- and English-language tracks of the Management and Leadership degree programme.

    From 2022 to 2024, he was a member of the Board of the international organisation EUPHE (European Union of Private Higher Education), representing private higher education institutions in Europe.

    In the years 2014–2020, he worked for the consulting firm EY, where he was responsible for projects for the European market, primarily in the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Sweden.

    In the years 2006–2014, he was employed by Orange, where he was responsible for international projects and initiatives.

    During his studies, he worked at the Foundation for the Development of the Education System (FRSE), where he was involved in a programme supporting the development of international cooperation among Polish primary and secondary schools.
