We invite scientists of Polish origin working abroad to participate in the next edition of the Polish Returns program! The program's goal is to enable researchers to return to Poland and continue their careers at their home institutions, with funding provided for employment and the creation of a research team.

The program aims to create conditions for outstanding Polish scientists conducting research abroad to return to Poland. Participants can take up employment in Poland and build their own project teams, conducting research or development work. This provides Polish universities and research institutes with experts with international experience and up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends in their fields.

The Program offers the opportunity to participate in one of the following components:

a research component funded by the National Science Centre (NCN) and an application component funded by the National Centre for Research and Development (NCRD).

In addition, winners of the Polish Returns 2025 call will have the opportunity to participate in the Medical Research Agency (ABM) competition.
