Congratulations to the new scholarship recipients of Poland My First Choice NAWA Programme.

 

 

This year, 20 scholarships were awarded. The list of scholarship recipients can be found HERE. Most successful applications belong to candidates from Spain, South Korea and the United States. Below is a chart showing the countries of origin and the number of all awarded applications originating from them.

The most frequently chosen universities by new scholarship holders are: Jagiellonian University in Kraków (7), Warsaw University of Technology (3), Kozminski University (2), Warsaw University (2), University of Economics and Human Sciences in Warsaw, SGH Warsaw School of Economics, WSB Merito University in Warsaw, Uniwersity of Gdańsk, Uniwersity of Szczecin and Uniwersity of Wrocław. Scholarships are divided into fields of science as follows:

 

 

The Poland My First Choice NAWA programme aims to encourage young talented people from the countries listed below to pursue studies at the Polish university-type higher education institutions (HEIs). The Programme offers a scholarship during the statutory period of full-time second-cycle studies at academic HEIs (both public and non-public) supervised by the Minister of Education and Science. In addition, the Programme provides an exemption from tuition fees at public universities. List of HEIs supervised by the Minister of Education and Science - RAD-on.

The scholarship offer is addressed to foreigners – the citizens of the following countries and territories:

 

 

Graduates of the Programme admit that it has helped them finish their dream studies, and later find a job in the profession - many of them stayed in Poland after graduation. A large part of Polish universities has a wide range of courses where you can study in English. Poland My First Choice Programme doesn't require studying in Polish. As scholarship recipients can choose from the best public universities, the scholarship covers their living expenses.

Perhaps the biggest advantage of Polish universities, apart from great specialists and a high scientific level, is the fact that the diploma obtained at them is recognized in many foreign countries.
