The call will award scholarships to nationals of 36 developing countries who have commenced full-time second-cycle studies in their first year in the winter semester 2023/24 and are studying subjects related to engineering and technical sciences, agricultural sciences and science and natural sciences. For selected countries, majors in the humanities and social sciences are also acceptable.

Applicants interested in receiving the NAWA Director's scholarship of PLN 1,500 per month for the entire duration of their studies are encouraged to apply. Studies in Polish as well as in English at public and non-public universities are acceptable.

A prerequisite for participation in the supplementary recruitment is to attach a letter of recommendation from a university to the application submitted in the NAWA ICT system (specimen letter of recommendation is enclosed as an attachment to the Announcement).
