Anders NAWA – first-cycle and uniform master's studies

The General Władysław Anders Program for Polonia – first-cycle studies and uniform master's studies covers education at universities supervised by the Minister of Science and Higher Education, which have concluded a framework agreement with NAWA, as well as at universities supervised by the Minister of Health and the Minister of Culture and National Heritage.

The program enables receiving a scholarship for education in first-cycle studies or uniform master's studies in full-time mode, in Polish, excluding applied linguistics and philological fields (the exclusion does not apply to Polish philology and Polish philology as a foreign subject). In addition, in public universities the Program enables foreigners to study free of charge. Studies may be preceded by a one-year NAWA preparatory course carried out on scholarship terms.

People who hold the Pole's Card or have Polish citizenship and the citizenship of another country and who completed their entire secondary school education outside Poland may apply for participation in the program.

Detailed guidelines and application rules are provided in the Announcement 18/2025 of April 3, 2025 on the call for applications for participation in the General Władysław Anders Polonia Program – first-cycle studies and uniform master's studies.
