Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange is announcing the call for proposals in the scholarship programme for young people of Polish decent from around the world.
If you are a holder of the Card of the Pole (Karta Polaka) or have documented your Polish origin and wish to take up first-degree studies, uniform Master’s degree studies or second-degree studies, you are welcome to submit an application under the Gen. Anders Programme for first-degree studies and uniform Master’s degree studies or for second-degree studies. This year’s edition is open to young people of documented Polish decent or holders of the Card of the Pole regardless of their country of origin and citizenship (with the exception of persons who are also Polish citizens).
The Gen. Anders Programme for the Polish diaspora implements the principles of the ‘Government programme of cooperation with the Polish diaspora in the years 2015–2020.’ The Programme offers young people of Polish decent the opportunity to study in Poland and to improve their command of Polish. It helps promote Poland as a country offering attractive educational and scholarly opportunities and raises the level of qualification among the Polish diaspora.
The Programme enables young people of Polish decent to take up first-degree studies, uniform Master’s degree studies or second-degree studies beginning in the academic year 2020/2021.
Applications may be submitted until 16 March 2020.
