Graduate of Law and International Relations at the University of Warsaw. He also studied at Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago for one semester. He holds a PhD in Social Sciences and specialises in International Relations. He is affiliated with the University of Warsaw, where he serves as an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Political Science and International Studies.

His work has focused on building an international academic network; he has also completed research fellowships at institutions such as Peking University and the University of California, Berkeley. He won the Modern University programme implemented at the University of Warsaw. He held the position of Visiting Professor at Srinakharinwirot University in Bangkok.

As part of his academic and teaching responsibilities, he has participated in numerous international projects, visiting and conducting lectures and seminars at over 40 universities across Europe, Asia, and North America, including Calcutta University (India), Daegu University (South Korea), Heidelberg University (Germany), Dublin City University (Ireland), Tecnológico de Monterrey (Mexico), Sichuan University (China), Shanghai International Studies University, University of Hanoi (Vietnam), International Christian University (Japan), Northeastern Illinois University (USA), University of Catania (Italy), Istanbul University (Turkey), University of Bologna (Italy), Prague University of Economics and Business (Czech Republic), and Jawaharlal Nehru University (India).

He authored and managed the project “Increase of EU’s Economic Potential in Relations with China,” conducted by a consortium of European universities under the Transfer of Innovations programme. He also participated in the project “Studies on Contemporary Poland and Central Europe,” organized at Asian universities and co-financed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland. He has actively contributed to the development of English-language programmes at the University of Warsaw.

His main areas of expertise are international trading system, international political economy, and the Asia-Pacific region.
