The Hague Convention Abolishing the Requirement of Legalisation for Foreign Public Documents (signed 12 May 2023) enters into force with regard to Canada on 11th of January 2024.
Since that date Polish documents confirming completion of higher education which are to be presented in Canada are subject to apostille procedure.
