As many as 61 people from 24 countries will receive scholarships for research at Polish centres. Among them, two can boast a Seal of Excellence certificate under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions Individual Fellowships programme.

This is the fifth time that the Agency has recruited for the Ulam NAWA programme. The Agency's ICT system received 209 applications, 36 more than last year.

The Ulam NAWA programme is a catalyst for academic mobility in Poland. For the past five years, it has provided foreign scientists with the opportunity to cooperate with Polish researchers and experts. Thanks to the exchange of experience and a lively scientific discussion, Polish research units can engage in an even greater number of interesting and important projects and thus develop their scientific potential," said Dr Dawid Kostecki, Director of the National Academic Exchange Agency.

In this year's edition of the programme, the scholarships will go to 61 researchers, and two of them can boast a Seal of Excellence certificate from the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions Individual Fellowships programme. NAWA recognises the MSCA Seal of Excellence certificate as a binding verification of the quality of the application.
